Referral Scheme

We encourage our staff to recommend friends and family that would be a good fit for our business. If the referee then goes on to start working with us, we offer a cash bonus to the referrer, as well as another bonus if the referee stays with us for over 6 months.

Holiday

We understand that work is just one part of life and there's plenty to be done outside of working hours, that's why our employees get a generous 31 days of paid holiday per year, which goes up as your length of service increases.

Health and wellbeing support

We have partnered with BEN, a great charity that focuses on health and wellbeing for those who work, or have worked, in the automotive community. They operate flexible and continuing care, and support through crises.

We also offer eye care support for our employees through VDU vouchers that entitle you to a discount on eye tests and glasses.
