What service will we provide for you?
We are a credit broker and not a lender. We can introduce you to a selected panel of lenders, which includes, MotoNovo Finance, Crédit Agricole and Presto Finance amongst others. An introduction to a lender does not amount to independent financial advice.
Our approach is to introduce you first to MotoNovo Finance, if they are unable to make you an offer of finance, we will then seek to introduce you to our wider panel of lenders. We will obtain permission from you before any introduction to our other lenders after MotoNovo Finance. Lenders will pay a reward to us for introducing you to them. This is calculated by reference to the vehicle and amount you borrow. Different lenders may pay different reward for such introductions. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. The lender we introduce you to and available rates will depend upon a number of factors including, the vehicle, your personal circumstances and the likelihood of a lender to accept an application based on information provided. We may advise you on the Finance products this will include PCP and HP, subject to your personal circumstances, though you are not obliged to take our advice or recommendation.
Do we charge for our services?
We do not charge you a fee for our services. we will typically receive a reward from whichever lender we introduce you to (either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow).
What products do we offer?
Carbase offer products and services from a range of finance Companies, and Product Providers which consist of Gap Insurance, Warranties and paint protection.

What to do if you have a complaint.
If you wish to make a complaint please contact Carbase in writing at our registered office address; Aisecome Way, Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset, BS22 8NA and we will be happy to respond. Alternatively, you can contact us by e-mail [email protected]. If you cannot settle things to your satisfaction with us directly you may be entitled to refer your complaint on to the Financial Services Ombudsman Service.
