Can I still test drive using Home Delivery?
Yes, up to a maximum of 20 miles, with a £1 charge for every mile thereafter.
What happens if I don't like the vehicle?
No problem - we offer a 14-day moneyback guarantee, so if you don't like the vehicle you can just contact us within that period and we'll arrange to collect it. Provided it's in the same condition as it was when we delivered it, you will be refunded.
How do I better view your cars and vans?
Visit the Carbase website where we have taken high-quality photos of every vehicle we have for sale, including 360° shots. If you would like to see more, contact our team to arrange a virtual video viewing where you can be shown around the vehicle on a video call.
What are the available payment options?
You can either pay by bank transfer for the full amount, or via one of our finance deals.
Can you also deliver vans?
Yes, our Home Delivery service applies to every vehicle available through the Carbase website. Please make sure to enquire about a specific vehicle, however, as there may be individual delivery fees for larger commercial vehicles.
Are you still providing onsite test drives?
During the National Lockdown we are unable to provide onsite test drives due to showrooms and forescourts being closed. However, we are open for pre arranged collection and home delivery services.
What if I don't like the car I have reserved?
Just tell us, and we'll refund your £99 reservation fee.
Are your vehicles properly sanitised?
Yes. Every Carbase vehicle will be thoroughly sanitised, whether it's for Click & Collect or for Home Delivery. Our team are also observing all necessary sanitary and social distancing guidelines to provide a safe buying experience.
