At Carbase, we're constantly trying to improve the service we provide to our customers. Covid-19 has changed the way everyone approaches new purchases, including their next car or van. That's why we're proud to offer both Click & Collect and Home Delivery services to our customers, to provide them with the safest and most hygienic vehicle buying process possible. Aside from hygiene, they are two of the most convenient ways to collect a car or van you have just bought.
 

Click & Collect

Our Click & Collect service allows you to minimise the time you spend at the Carbase premises. The way it works is very simple. You begin by browsing from our broad selection of high quality used cars and vans. When you've identified the vehicle you're interested in, you either call us or you register your interest online. There is a £99 reservation fee to hold the vehicle, however, this is fully refundable. You can arrange all of your finance and part exchange requirements online in the space of just a few clicks. With the vehicle reserved as your own, you will be given a personal appointment to visit our premises with plenty of time to examine, approve and take your next car or van for an unaccompanied test drive. The vehicle will be prepared for you, including being fully sanitised. With that concluded, you're free to drive your new car or van home at your convenience.

Home Delivery

If you want to have a contactless purchase experience but don't want to collect the van or car you've bought yourself, you can choose our home delivery option. As with our Click & Collect service, you can see the details of your vehicle via our website, and you can complete your financing arrangements completely online. The process varies depending on whether you're buying outright or using financing, and whether you have a vehicle you want to part exchange. With an appraisal of your trade-in, your finance in place, and your confirmation in the form of an e-signature, your new vehicle is yours. With that, we will arrange the most convenient time possible to deliver your new vehicle to your home. Your fully-sanitised vehicle will be brought to your doorstep, and delivery is contactless. The necessary documentation will come with the vehicle, and we can arrange the transfer of the vehicle's registration into your name online.

No problem - we offer a 14-day home delivery moneyback guarantee, so if you don't like the vehicle you can just contact us within that period and we'll arrange to collect it. Provided it's in the same condition as it was when we delivered it, you will be refunded.

 

How do I better view your cars and vans?

Visit the Carbase website where we have taken high-quality photos of every vehicle we have for sale, including 360° shots. If you would like to see more, contact our team to arrange a virtual video viewing where you can be shown around the vehicle on a video call.

 

What are the available payment options?

You can either pay by bank transfer for the full amount, or via one of our finance deals.

 

Can you also deliver vans?

Yes, our Home Delivery service applies to every vehicle available through the Carbase website. Please make sure to enquire about a specific vehicle, however, as there may be individual delivery fees for larger commercial vehicles.

 

What if I don't like the car I have reserved?

Just tell us, and we'll refund your £99 reservation fee.

 

Are your vehicles properly sanitised?

Yes. Every Carbase vehicle will be thoroughly sanitised, whether it's for Reserve & Collect or for Home Delivery. Our team are also observing all necessary sanitary and social distancing guidelines to provide a safe buying experience.
