Ohhhhh, we're halfway there!

This year everything was in full summer spirit at the Carbase BBQ! The Steel Band had the mood set with their melodic tunes, hawaiian shirts and flower dresses were everywhere to be seen. The beautiful skylight within Clevedon Halls new orangery extension was a beauty to admire!

We held a raffle in aid of raising more funds to go towards our pot for the new Bilirubin Monitor for the NICU department at St Michael's Hospital through our partnership with Above and Beyond . These machines cost around £5,000 each and are used to diagnose Jaundice. Jaundice affects 60% of all newborn babies in the UK and in certain cases can be very harmful if not treated. These Monitors help eliminate stressful blood tests and give instant diagnosis.

Raising a thoughtful £1,140 at the annual summer party, takes our pot over half way to a generous £2,670! Check it out...

Upcoming Funding

We are continuing our funding to reach our £5,000 goal, next up on the agenda is the Carbase Christmas Ball! Without our staff this couldn't be done, the generosity will be forever appreciated. Thank you!
