Can I still buy a car or van online?
Yes, you can choose to either Reserve & Collect your new vehicle, where we will arrange a convenient appointed time slot at one of our contactless pick up points or choose to have your new vehicle delivered straight to your door! Our online team are here to help!
Can I trade-in or sell my car or van?
Yes, our helpful online team is available via phone, email or live chat and are ready to help with any questions or enquiries you may have.
Do I need to wear a face covering whilst in a showroom or service reception?
Yes. From July 24th 2020, customers in England are required to wear a face covering whilst inside an enclosed retail space. GOV.UK Link >
Do I need to wear a face covering to browse an open air forecourt?
No, face coverings are only required inside an enclosed car showroom or service reception.
When will staff be wearing a face covering?
Staff assisting customers in a showroom or service reception will be wearing face coverings, but only customers are required to do so under the new rules.
Do I need to wear a face covering during a Test Drive?
No, test drives are unaccompanied so you are not required to wear a face covering. Our vehicles are thoroughly recleaned between each test drive.
